I've been thinking about a workout regimen for myself all day. This is what I've come up with so far : Drink 8 oz. of water as soon I awake. Eat a healthy breakfast within 1 hour of waking. Eat protein with each meal and limit my snacking. Continuely drink water throughout the day and before each meal. Walk at least 30 mins each day. Every other day do 3 sets of intervals. To sleep 8 hours everyday and to go to at a decent time. Well thats what I have. Let me know what you think please.
